The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for Technical Services, a senior technical leader in the marine space. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall technical management of the fleet, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective vessel operations. This pivotal role involves leading all technical, engineering, dry-docking, and asset integrity activities across the fleet, overseeing maintenance strategies, technical budgets, and capital expenditure, and driving vessel reliability and engineering excellence. The EVP will also be responsible for managing a team of technical superintendents, fleet managers, and shore-based engineering teams, as well as leading new build, conversion, and major upgrade projects.
