Head of Procurement Platforms

The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement Platforms to spearhead the digital transformation of its global procurement technology ecosystem. This pivotal role demands a leader with a strong background in enterprise procurement or Source-to-Pay platforms, particularly those with experience in Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or equivalent. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the procurement platform, ensuring its operational stability, SLA performance, and effective incident management. Key tasks include managing and developing a regional team, driving backlog prioritization, change management, and release planning to enhance user experience and business outcomes. The role also involves reducing reliance on external system integrators, leading platform redesign and configuration initiatives, and partnering with global stakeholders across procurement, finance, risk, audit, and technology. To excel in this position, the Head of Procurement Platforms must have a proven track record in leading high-volume support environments, managing platform enhancements, and driving service stability improvements. Strong leadership skills are essential for managing a diverse team of technology professionals and for engaging with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors. Experience in budget ownership, vendor governance, and contract management is required, with a preference for candidates who have knowledge of SOX controls, audit readiness, and regulated operating environments. A hands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented leadership style is necessary to stabilize the business-critical platform and build a long-term transformation roadmap. Experience in financial services, insurance, or other highly governed environments is highly desirable.
