Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on an executive leadership role with a focus on the organization's financial strategy, planning, reporting, and operational performance. The CFO will be a key business partner to the executive team, providing strategic financial guidance, driving growth, and ensuring sound financial management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private equity-backed companies, with a proven track record of leading finance organizations through growth, transformation, and value creation. Key responsibilities for the CFO include developing and executing the financial strategy, leading all finance and accounting functions, partnering with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders, and overseeing cash flow management, capital planning, and liquidity strategies. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, Master's degree, or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including previous roles as a CFO or senior finance executive, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth or transformational businesses, managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and capital planning, and leading finance teams. Strong financial planning and analytical skills, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting are essential. The role also demands a candidate with a strategic business and operational acumen, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and a strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms.
