Vice President, Investor Relations & Coverage

Greater Amsterdam, Netherlands Area
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Relations and Coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of European institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, family offices, and funds-of-funds. This role involves a deep understanding of client investment strategies, clear communication of points of differentiation, and active participation in investor meetings. The VP will also be involved in coordinating investor outreach, contributing to the identification of new institutional capital, and drafting personalized investor correspondence. Travel may be required to attend various meetings. Applicants should have 4-7 years' of experience in alternative investments, investor relations, or capital raising, with a strong preference for those with exposure to institutional investors and fundraising processes in private markets. The ideal candidate will have a background with a placement agent, GP, LP, investment bank, or top-tier consulting firm, and an existing network of LPs in Europe. Key skills for this role include the ability to track investor interest and fundraising activity, as well as the capacity to build and execute engagement strategies. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. The role demands a proactive, strategic, and client-focused individual who can contribute to the firm's capital formation and liquidity solutions.
