Chief Operating Officer (COO) Greater Dublin, Ireland Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the firm's growth and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and delivering the operational strategy, owning the outsourcing strategy, and maintaining a strong relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to shape the operational framework of a regulated fintech, particularly in the areas of governance, resilience, and regulatory standards. The COO will also be tasked with operational resilience, business continuity, and wind-down planning, and must be prepared to provide regular operational reporting to the CEO, board, and regulatory bodies. To excel in this role, candidates must have significant senior leadership experience in an operations role within a Central Bank of Ireland regulated financial services firm or e-money institution. A strong working knowledge of the Individual Accountability Framework, SEAR, and Fitness and Probity requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, complex operational organizations across multiple markets, as well as experience in outsourcing governance, operational resilience frameworks, and regulatory compliance programs. The ability to deliver operational transformation and efficiency at scale while managing regulator relationships with credibility and transparency is a key requirement.
