Head of Retail, Fashion

The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Retail to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive retail strategy. This role involves overseeing and enhancing retail operations, including store standards, customer experience, and team performance. The Head of Retail will also be tasked with leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail leadership team, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams on various initiatives such as expansion plans, marketing, and merchandising. Applicants for the Head of Retail position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of senior management experience in a retail environment, with a preference for those with a background in fashion, lifestyle, or other relevant consumer-facing industries. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen, capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and experience in managing large teams and developing retail leaders. The Head of Retail will be expected to analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and to lead the implementation of improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
