Director of Development

The Company is in search of a Director of Development to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to effect systemic change and promote social justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a three-person development team and will be instrumental in strengthening the fundraising function to support the organization's work in advocacy, policy, and legal services. This role demands a strategic and experienced leader with a proven track record in fundraising, particularly in the areas of institutional giving and diversifying revenue streams. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director to shape donor strategy, prepare for key donor interactions, and ensure the cultivation and stewardship of significant relationships.
