The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will be a key player in the business, with a strong focus on quantitative analyses, including various financial models and valuation analyses for client and investor presentations. This role involves the development of investment scenarios, marketing materials for securities offerings, and leveraging the firm's capital markets and research capabilities to provide top-notch investment and advisory services. The Vice President will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, financial statements, and other relevant information, as well as working closely with Executive and Managing Directors in all aspects of the business. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with additional experience, and hold Series 7 and 63 licenses. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' of experience in financial management or related analysis, with a strong background in the private equity, secondaries, or investment banking industry. Specific skills include knowledge of capital markets, S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and FactSet, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial research, analysis, and client relationship management, and must be adept at creating client and pitch presentations, as well as managing and supervising junior staff.
