Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. This role is pivotal in the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value commercial work and to shape the legal function as the company expands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the drafting, negotiation, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, distribution deals, and various strategic partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Legal Counsel will also be involved in advising on commercial and regulatory risk, leading negotiations, and supporting market entries and product launches across multiple jurisdictions. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal role, with a background in gaming or another highly regulated industry. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do mindset, strong analytical and risk-assessment skills, and excellent organizational and time-management abilities. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, capable of influencing at all levels, and will hold a degree in Law from a reputable university. Responsibilities also include managing the full contract lifecycle, tracking gambling regulations, leading legal risk assessments, and mentoring junior legal team members.
