Head of Construction

The Company is seeking a Senior Engineering Supervisor with a strong background in large-scale architectural and construction engineering, as well as team management. The successful candidate will be tasked with the comprehensive planning and execution of large engineering projects, ensuring that all aspects from initial strategies to design integration, and from progress to quality, cost, and risk control, are effectively managed. This role requires the integration of various stakeholders, including the client, design unit, subcontractors, and internal engineering team, to guarantee the smooth delivery of projects in accordance with contract terms, budget, and schedule. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in large construction companies or engineering consulting firms, with a proven track record of holding a senior management position in large-scale engineering projects. The role demands a deep understanding of construction management, project integration, and execution processes, as well as the ability to manage project progress, quality, cost, and subcontractors. Experience in leading large teams, cross-departmental coordination, and the capacity to make holistic engineering decisions are essential. A background in large or super-large-scale construction projects, experience in managing the entire project lifecycle, and PMP or related certification are preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, coordination, and senior management skills, and be adept at establishing and optimizing project management processes and team operation systems.
