Head of Internal Communications

The Company is seeking a Head of Internal Communications to spearhead the global internal communications strategy and enhance employee engagement through data-driven, high-quality communication practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a global internal communications team, overseeing the execution of various communication initiatives, and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with regional and global communication partners, as well as the design and management of internal communication infrastructure. The Head of Internal Communications will also be instrumental in driving the integration of systems and processes, particularly following M&A activities, and will be expected to implement a data-driven internal communications center of excellence, leveraging new technologies including AI. Applicants for the Head of Internal Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, with more than 10 years of experience in communications within an international environment, and over 5 years in leadership roles. The role requires a strong background in internal communications, editorial management, and communication channel management, as well as experience in managing complex and agile teams. A deep understanding of the MS 365 environment is essential, and the ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally is required. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and bilingual capabilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring and evaluating communication effectiveness, adapting strategies based on insights, and supporting stakeholder decision-making through clear and transparent communication.
