The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's next growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing the financial platform to support international scaling, generational change, and professionalization. This includes developing and implementing financial management processes, systems, and organization to align with the company's evolving business model, which is shifting towards increased direct B2B and OEM sales, as well as a larger share of recurring revenue and service-based solutions. The CFO will also be a key figure in driving digitalization, automation, and scaling of finance, and will be expected to ensure strong financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and international financial management. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a relevant financial education, a strong foundation in accounting and financial management, and a background in an international B2B company within the industrial, technology, automation, or mechanical engineering sectors. The role requires a professional who can combine financial expertise with commercial understanding and business vision, and who is adept at international financial management, ERP, BI, and data-driven management. Experience with international scaling and recurring/subscription-based business models is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to take ownership, create structure, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
