Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking an HR Director to lead the development of a strategic HR function that will serve as a true business partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing and upgrading HR operations in Thailand, including ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and will play a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. This is a hands-on role that requires a senior HR leader with the ability to challenge and improve existing practices, as well as the maturity and discretion to build trust with employees. The HR Director will also be tasked with designing and implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and talent development programs, and will be expected to coach managers and lead a small HR team. Applicants for the HR Director position at the company should have a strong background in HR, with the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities from contract drafting to data analysis. A deep understanding of Thai labor law, particularly in a manufacturing context, is essential.
