Head of Quality

The Company is seeking a Head of Quality to take on a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the quality function. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping the quality strategy, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards, and leading a local quality organization. This includes overseeing the quality management system across all stages of the manufacturing process, from R&D to final inspection and shipment. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in quality performance, reducing the cost of poor quality, and managing supplier quality. The Head of Quality will be expected to have a strong background in manufacturing quality management, particularly in textile, home textile, or related environments, and experience with international customers, especially those in the U.S. Applicants for the Head of Quality position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field and have at least 10 years' of experience in manufacturing quality management, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership role. A deep understanding of quality management tools and techniques, as well as experience with U.S. product safety and regulatory requirements, is essential. The role requires a data-driven, hands-on individual with excellent leadership capabilities, who can effectively collaborate across functions and drive a culture of continuous improvement. The Head of Quality will also be responsible for building and developing a local quality team, so experience in talent management and development is important. The position offers the opportunity to work in a large, vertically integrated manufacturing operation and to have a direct impact on the quality of products supplied to major international and U.S. retail customers.
