The Company is in search of a Head of IT Workplace to spearhead the global Workplace function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a global Workplace team, providing technical leadership and architectural direction across various IT domains, and driving the transformation of the Workplace function towards a more proactive and service-oriented delivery model. This role also involves ensuring the reliable operation of workplace services, defining and improving ITIL-based processes, and strengthening the security posture of various IT services in line with internal policies and ISO 27001 standards. The Head of IT Workplace will act as the primary contact for business units and local management, translating their requirements into scalable workplace solutions, and will be tasked with managing vendors, service providers, and technology partners related to workplace services. Applicants for the Head of IT Workplace position at the company should have several years of experience in Workplace, Infrastructure, Identity, or Endpoint Management, with a preference for those who have held IT leadership roles. The role requires proven experience in leading international or distributed technical teams, hands-on technical knowledge of a range of IT technologies, and a strong understanding of ITIL-based processes. Experience in security hardening, compliance, risk management, and audit support is also essential. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus, and must be prepared to take on a senior management role with a focus on strategy, roadmap, and team building.
