The Company is seeking an experienced Equity Research Vice President to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental research on publicly traded companies within the technology, FinTech, or CleanTech sectors. This includes building and maintaining detailed financial models, performing valuation analysis, and developing investment theses. The role also involves authoring various research reports, monitoring sector developments, and engaging with institutional investors to communicate investment recommendations and industry insights. Applicants for the Equity Research Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CFA designation preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in equity research, investment banking, consulting, asset management, or related financial services is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in the specified sectors. The role demands advanced technical skills in financial modeling, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and experience with financial data platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Licensing requirements include the ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 86, and Series 87 licenses within a specified timeframe.
