The Company is seeking a Vice President of Servicing & Collections to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and executive accountability of the servicing and collections function, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite, customer commitments, financial plan, and regulatory obligations. This leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field, and at least 8 years of progressive experience in loan servicing, collections, and/or recovery operations, preferably in consumer lending. The role involves overseeing the accurate and timely execution of the account-servicing lifecycle, establishing service levels, and owning the customer-escalation process. The VP will also be tasked with designing and governing collections and recovery strategies, optimizing customer resolution, and maintaining a strong focus on risk, compliance, and quality. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Servicing & Collections at the company will have a proven track record in leading operating cadence and cross-functional execution in a KPI-driven environment. They must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be adept at translating data into strategic direction, and have exceptional communication abilities. Experience in managing vendor and tooling performance, as well as a working knowledge of collections and servicing regulatory considerations, is essential. The role requires a leader with a strong background in people management, including hiring, developing leaders, and performance management. Proficiency in modern collections and servicing systems and reporting tools is also a key requirement.
