The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing multi-year category and sourcing strategies across various spend categories, including drilling, completions, facilities construction, and midstream infrastructure. This role demands a leader with a heavy commercial and relationship focus, capable of negotiating and managing master agreements, and ensuring the end-to-end procure-to-pay process is efficient and reliable. The Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management will also be tasked with driving digital and process transformation, as well as leading a team to build and maintain strong supplier relationships that are essential for the safe, on-schedule, and cost-competitive operation of the business. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Essential experience includes a strong background in US onshore oil and gas operations, particularly in the specified spend categories, and a proven track record of significant spend management with quantifiable outcomes. The role requires a leader who is adept at data-driven decision-making, and who can effectively communicate and represent the procurement and supply chain function to the executive team. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CPSM certification, and experience in digital transformation and process change. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships, and who operates with the pace and discipline necessary for a focused, technically driven business.
