The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Full Stack Engineering Squad Lead for Funds and Wealth Management. The successful candidate will be a deeply technical and hands-on engineering leader, responsible for driving key wealth management initiatives and investment journeys. This role demands a strong full stack engineer who can lead the architecture, design, and delivery of modern wealth management platforms, act as a technical leader for engineering squads, and ensure high standards of technical execution. The role also involves mentoring engineering talent, fostering a high-performing culture, and staying close to the implementation of full stack systems across a modern technology stack. Applicants must have a strong background in building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms, with deep expertise in core technologies such as Java, ReactJS, Python, and Go. Experience in designing scalable, resilient systems, particularly in customer-facing or transaction-heavy environments, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and modern micro-frontend patterns, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams. Domain experience in financial products such as bonds, equities, FX, structured products, and funds, as well as in advisory domains like portfolio construction and risk management, is highly valued. The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
