The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Full Stack Engineering Squad Lead with a focus on structured products in wealth management. The successful candidate will be a deeply technical and hands-on leader, responsible for driving key initiatives and investment journeys within the wealth management domain. This role demands a strong full stack engineer who can lead the architecture, design, and delivery of modern wealth management platforms, as well as mentor and develop engineering talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, ReactJS, and experience with modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development tooling. Key responsibilities for this role include leading one or more engineering squads, ensuring strong technical execution and engineering standards, and building and evolving full stack systems across a modern stack. The role also involves designing scalable distributed solutions, owning solution design and engineering delivery, and working closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to turn complex requirements into robust technical solutions. The company is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in building large-scale enterprise platforms, deep expertise in core technologies, and experience in customer-facing or transaction-heavy environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field are essential. Experience in the financial domain, particularly with structured products, and a background in credit or banking domains, is a plus.
