The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and staffing plans for a new luxury hotel. The successful candidate will be a founding member of the team, responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent development, and labor management. This role is key to creating a team and hotel that reflect the global foundation of the group while embracing the unique characteristics of the local culture. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Director or HR Manager in a foreign-owned upper-upscale or luxury hotel, with a strong preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. The role requires proficiency in English and business-level Japanese, as well as a valid residence status in Japan. The Chief Human Resources Officer will be instrumental in promoting the hotel's culture, conducting training, and ensuring the well-being and engagement of team members. Additionally, the role involves managing labor relations, HR systems, work rules, and compliance, and instilling the corporate philosophy and brand standards.
