The Company is seeking an FSCM Implementation Manager to join their dynamic Wholesale Banking function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and ensuring a seamless process that enhances the client experience. This role involves supporting complex FSCM pitches, technical implementation, project management, conducting system demos, testing, and training to ensure client familiarity with the FSCM system. The FSCM Implementation Manager will also be involved in handling FSCM documentation for client onboarding and maintaining the country FSCM implementation dashboard and reports. Applicants must hold a University degree and have a minimum of 5 years' of transaction banking experience, with a focus on trade and supply chain. A strong background in supply chain management solutions, international trade practices, and the ability to articulate value propositions from a working capital perspective is essential. The role requires a good understanding of electronic banking delivery, Host-to-Host solutions, ERP, Treasury Management Systems, SWIFT, and BASEL III regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, be highly motivated, and possess a strong initiative. Regional travel is expected, and the candidate should be a good team player with strong collaborative skills.
