Head of Business Control

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Control for Operations/Supply Chain Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and managing end-to-end productivity across P&L lines, with a focus on driving innovation and making strategic investment decisions. This role demands a professional with a strong foundation in supply chain finance, and experience in commercial finance and FP&A. The Head of Business Control will be expected to balance technical detail with strategic communication, providing efficient direction to the team, and maintaining respect and effective communication with subordinates. Applicants for the Head of Business Control position should have a minimum of 10-12 years' of experience, with at least 4-5 years' in supply chain finance. FMCG experience, particularly in regulated industries, is highly preferred. The role requires a candidate with the ability to manage detailed costing processes, summarize key messages for senior stakeholders, and lead a team with varying levels of experience. Strong leadership qualities, the ability to provide detailed guidance, and the potential to manage local and global senior stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in business control, be capable of making strategic investment decisions, and be prepared for a potential succession into a higher position within 3-5 years.
