Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of providing free, confidential, and independent advice to the public. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality client services to a significant number of users annually, ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization, and working with the Trustee Board to define and execute the future strategy. This role requires a leader who is passionate about the company's values and is dedicated to the goal of eliminating the underlying causes of the problems faced by the community. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be at the forefront of the company's operations, with a focus on both the present and the future. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the quality of client services, managing financial resources effectively, and developing a detailed and measurable business plan in line with the agreed strategy.
