The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Advisory Office. The successful candidate will be a key player in the Corporate Finance organization, focusing on the strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs of clients. This role is pivotal in addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional opportunities faced by various stakeholders. The Senior Director will be heavily client-facing, leading engagement work streams and projects, managing client relationships, and providing independent, market-based perspectives on finance and accounting best practices. The role also involves identifying opportunities for value creation, supporting senior leadership in the development of tools and methodologies, and proactively participating in business development. Applicants for the Senior Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years' of relevant post-graduate experience, with a strong background in financial consulting, advisory, or a corporate rotational program focused on developing financial leaders. The role requires expertise in areas such as FP&A, accounting and financial reporting, finance transformation, finance technology, and/or cash, cost, and capital. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of finance and accounting best practices, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have the ability to travel as needed. Preferred qualifications include a degree in a related discipline, experience with business intelligence tools, and relevant professional certifications. The role demands a proactive, leadership-oriented individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
