Head of Controlling & Corporate Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Controlling and Corporate Management to serve as a key business partner in the critical energy infrastructure sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the department, driving the BI transformation, and developing data-driven management tools to support sound decision-making. This role involves shaping the strategic development of the department, ensuring robust planning, forecasting, controlling, and reporting processes, and establishing transparent, KPI-based corporate management. The Head of Controlling will also manage investments and services, foster economic thinking, and support strategic and operational decisions. Applicants must have a university degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, corporate management, or a related field, and several years of leadership experience in controlling within the energy and water sector. The role requires a deep understanding of business administration and the energy sector, particularly in the areas of planning, controlling, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the development of KPI-based management systems, investment controlling, and service management. An appreciative and participative leadership style, excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach are essential for this position. The Head of Controlling will also be involved in M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and sustainability reporting, and must be adept at strategic consulting and risk management.
