The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to join their global leadership team. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in the organization, with direct oversight of the North America business unit finance teams and indirect oversight of finance teams in Europe and Asia. This highly visible position involves owning business unit FP&A, accounting, reporting, and internal control activities, as well as actively participating in the execution of the company's key objectives, including strategic planning, policy deployment, capital allocation, continuous improvement, and staff development. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in maintaining the unique family business culture of the company. Applicants for the VP of Finance role at the company must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance, with a CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' varied and progressive experience in finance and accounting is required, with at least 5 years in public accounting and 5 years leading a multi-division, global finance organization.
