The successful candidate will be responsible for product management, governance, analytics, and client lifecycle lead. This role involves leading the performance analysis of the LAP product, designing and executing data analytics strategies, and formalizing performance reports and business dashboards. The VP will also be tasked with optimizing the client journey, from acquisition to off-boarding, and ensuring a superior customer experience through digital transformation. Stakeholder management is a key aspect, as the role requires acting as the primary liaison for governance, analytics, and tech journey matters with various internal and external teams. Applicants must have 10-15 years' of experience in product management, governance, business analytics, or a related field within the retail banking or financial services industry. A CA or MBA qualification is preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, regulatory and compliance expertise, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. The VP will be expected to lead a team, manage cross-functional projects, and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the LAP client lifecycle.
