Head of MEP

The Company is seeking a Head of MEP to take on a pivotal role in leading the MEP function and team. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the technical quality, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire and life safety services. This includes overseeing MEP work from the initial concept and design development stages, through tender, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The Head of MEP will also be the senior point of contact for clients, contractors, and authorities, and will work closely with other disciplines to ensure fully coordinated solutions. Resource planning, quality control, team development, and reporting to senior leadership on performance, risk, and priorities are also key aspects of the role. Applicants for the Head of MEP position at the company should have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a master's being advantageous. A minimum of 15 years' MEP experience, including a significant tenure in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading MEP teams on complex projects, with experience in the Middle East or international markets being desirable. Professional engineering registration is preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
