The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with a strong background in the nonprofit industry to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team, driving the implementation of best practices, and actively participating in the client's financial policy and overall strategy. This role requires a professional who can lead in areas such as capital planning, risk management, and KPI analysis, and who is adept at managing multiple client engagements. The CFO will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as to be a key member of the client management team. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant work experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the nonprofit sector. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a CPA certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Assistant Controller, Controller, or in an equivalent role, and experience with QuickBooks is highly valued. The role demands a professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, skilled in multitasking, and is capable of managing financial administration, planning, and budgeting.
