The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of a variety of equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and convertible securities. This role involves close collaboration with investment banking coverage teams to originate new business, as well as providing strategic capital markets advice. The Vice President will also be tasked with coordinating the transaction execution process, developing and maintaining client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking or equity capital markets, with a proven track record in executing equity financing transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential, as is a deep knowledge of capital markets, investor dynamics, and equity issuance processes. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
