The Company is seeking a Vice President of Interventional Services to lead the development and execution of a multi-year strategy for a unified interventional and procedural services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive oversight of the procedural continuum, including operating rooms, cath lab, interventional radiology, sterile processing, pre/post-procedural care, endoscopy, and all related business operations. This role demands a leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong preference for those with a background in procedural and interventional services. The Vice President will be accountable for strategic leadership, operational excellence, quality and safety, and financial performance, and must demonstrate the ability to lead through influence in a dyad or triad model, particularly in partnership with physicians. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Interventional Services at the company include establishing and maintaining a governance model for procedural strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and leading a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountability. The role also involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including physician and nursing leaders, to align operational execution with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reducing operational silos, strengthening regulatory readiness, and creating a unified leadership structure for the full procedural continuum.
