Interim Vice President, Solid Organ Transplant Destination Service Line

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Solid Organ Transplant Destination Service Line. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with executive leadership and medical leaders to develop and execute a strategic plan that prioritizes quality outcomes, volume growth, and patient satisfaction. This role involves representing the company in interactions with external health systems, organ procurement organizations, and regulatory agencies. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing and enhancing relationships with partner health systems to elevate quality, increase access, and reduce health disparities. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and at least 14 years of related work experience. The role requires expertise in the complex transplant market, strategic market planning, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a designated service line within a large health system, experience in both hospital and outpatient clinic management, and the ability to interact positively with physicians. Strong financial analysis, management, and long-range planning skills are essential, as is the ability to lead a culture of high-quality, integrated care delivery. The Vice President will be expected to have a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation, and to be adept at mentoring and developing staff at all levels.
