This executive leadership role requires a focus on improving labor utilization, technician productivity, and service delivery consistency, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling service strategy across a distributed organization. Applicants for the VP of Operations Excellence role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or equivalent experience being a plus, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in field service operations, workforce management, or a related operational discipline.
