The candidate will also be involved in process improvement, documentation standardization, and system enhancements. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 7 to 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on credit documentation or a related control function. A strong working knowledge of facility and security documentation, credit approval terms, and documentation controls is essential. Experience in private banking, wealth management, or complex secured-lending transactions is highly valued. The role requires a meticulous individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
