Vice President, Technical Product Owner, AI & Automation Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technical Product Owner for AI and Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives in the AI and automation domain, from problem definition to production outcomes, with a strong focus on an evidence-based approach. This role involves partnering with the business owner to translate user problems into measurable product outcomes, shaping the product scope, and providing clarity to engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be technical enough to challenge engineering decisions, prototype with AI agents, and earn the trust of an experienced engineering team. Additionally, the role includes helping to shape the evolution of SDLC practices as AI influences product delivery. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or engineering with a significant product focus. Essential skills include technical fluency, AI-native ways of working, a strong product instinct, and excellent communication abilities. A builder mindset and comfort with complexity, particularly in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments, are also key. Leadership experience and domain expertise in capital markets infrastructure or broader financial services are highly valued. The role requires a leader who can create, manage, and elevate a high-performing team, and who is adept at fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
