The Company is in search of a Vice President, Credit Solutions to lead the transformation and strategic vision for collections, loss mitigation, asset recovery, and portfolio preservation. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of these functions, delivering innovative solutions that support member financial well-being, and driving organizational performance. This executive leadership role requires a strategic and visionary leader with a strong background in collections, recovery, credit risk, loss mitigation, lending operations, or related financial services. The VP will be tasked with developing and executing enterprise strategies to reduce delinquency, minimize losses, and maximize recoveries, while also leading digital transformation efforts and fostering a culture of innovation and exceptional member service. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience, a proven track record in organizational transformation, and a deep understanding of portfolio performance and recovery strategies. They should be adept at leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to improve outcomes and possess exceptional leadership, coaching, and change management capabilities. The role demands a leader who is strategic, results-oriented, and passionate about developing people and building strong teams. The VP will also be expected to balance regulatory compliance, risk management, operational efficiency, and member advocacy, and to have outstanding communication and partnership skills with executive leaders, regulators, auditors, and external partners.
