Head of AI Strategy

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Strategy to spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technology into its business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end formulation and execution of AI utilization strategies, driving company-wide business transformation, and ensuring continuous improvement based on data. This role involves the visualization of business processes, issue identification, and the construction of improvement hypotheses, as well as the design and implementation of AI-native business flows and tools. The Head of AI Strategy will also be involved in KPI design, effect measurement, and the promotion of AI training and onboarding to enhance AI literacy across the organization. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in business process improvement, DX promotion, or consulting, with a strong background in planning and implementing business improvement projects that leverage generative AI, LLM, and RPA. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a continuous learning mindset for AI and technology trends, and a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Japanese is essential, with business-level English being a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in LLM fine-tuning, RAG design, prompt engineering, and a background in data analysis and machine learning using Python and SQL. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in leading cross-departmental projects and a deep understanding of AI governance and risk management frameworks.
