The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its executive leadership team. The CMO will be a key figure in the administration, management, and organizational leadership of the healthcare system, with a focus on guiding clinical operations, strengthening accountability, and supporting the evolution of care delivery. This role requires a physician executive with a strong background in primary care and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) leadership, including experience in clinical program management, healthcare administration, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at data-driven decision-making and possess the adaptability, communication, and relationship-building skills necessary to lead effectively across both clinical and administrative teams. As the CMO, the successful candidate will be responsible for aligning clinical and administrative priorities, advancing approaches to improve service delivery, and ensuring high standards of quality and accountability. This includes overseeing all clinical operations, establishing performance measures, and using data to assess productivity and results. The role also involves mentoring healthcare professionals, engaging in community outreach, and representing the healthcare system before various stakeholders. The CMO will play a pivotal role in upcoming projects, such as primary care and behavioral health integration, and will be instrumental in the transformation of clinical care delivery across the system. The position demands a leader who can inspire trust, promote accountability, and drive improvements that benefit the health and well-being of the community.
