Head of Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Development to spearhead the expansion of its renewable development activities in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the organizational capability and strategic partnerships necessary to ensure sustainable growth in the onshore wind sector. This role involves taking ownership of the onshore wind development pipeline, from project origination to construction readiness, and identifying strategic acquisition opportunities to enhance the company's market position. The Head of Development will also be a key representative of the company, fostering relationships with public authorities, regulators, landowners, and industry partners. Applicants must have an outstanding track record in developing onshore wind projects in Poland, with a focus on delivering projects to Ready-to-Build status. Comprehensive knowledge of the Polish development, permitting, and grid connection frameworks within the renewable energy sector is essential. The role requires experience in leading high-performing teams, managing complex stakeholder environments, and strong commercial, financial, and strategic evaluation skills. The ideal candidate will have an extensive professional network and the credibility to influence key stakeholders across the Polish renewable energy market.
