The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Nursing Officer to play a pivotal role in the integration of AI technology with nursing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing operations, establish and maintain clinical protocols, and ensure the highest quality of patient care in alignment with the company's safety commitments. This role involves owning day-to-day nursing operations, managing a team of nurses, and representing nursing expertise in client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, a BSN, and at least 10 years of nursing leadership experience, with a strong background in diverse care settings and direct P&L responsibility.
