Head of Dynamics 365

The Company is seeking a Head of Dynamics 365 to own the ERP roadmap and guide its development within a validated, regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include translating business priorities into a multi-year plan, leading requirements gathering and solution design, configuring the platform, and overseeing complex enhancements delivered by external partners. The role also covers integrations, security, release management, change control, and validation, while ensuring documentation, training materials, and procedures are ready for validated releases. The successful candidate will connect business, IT, compliance, data, and delivery teams; support reporting and analytics needs; and lead the internal team responsible for the ERP environment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least eight years in ERP roles, and deep, demonstrable expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, hands-on configuration experience, and experience in GxP or another tightly regulated manufacturing setting are essential. Applicants should also be comfortable with KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics, and familiar with applying AI in ERP and analytics contexts. Experience with warehouse devices and label-printing systems, along with a track record managing implementation or managed-service partners, is also required.
