IT Head of Dynamics 365

The Company is seeking an IT Head of Dynamics 365 to own the ERP roadmap and guide its development within a validated, regulated manufacturing environment. The role will translate business priorities into a multi-year plan, lead requirements gathering and solution design, and oversee system configuration and enhancements delivered by external partners. Responsibilities include managing integrations, security, environments, releases, change control, and validation, while ensuring changes meet quality and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will also lead the internal ERP team, coordinate business and technical stakeholders, support reporting and analytics initiatives, and ensure training materials and procedures are ready for validated releases. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience and at least eight years in ERP roles, including deep expertise configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, along with experience in GxP or another tightly regulated manufacturing setting, is essential. Applicants should be comfortable with KPIs, reporting frameworks, analytics, and the potential use of AI in ERP contexts. Experience with warehouse devices and label-printing systems, as well as managing implementation or managed-service partners, is also required.
