Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager who wants to work at an agile startup that’s leveraging advanced technology to power a unique service and create a highly monetizable and impactful business. You’ll be working closely with our talented engineering & product team to ensure a premium service for our highly engaged members.
Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to email inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Quickly diagnose issues and ensure they are transferred to the appropriate team to be resolved
- De-escalate all major customer concerns regarding the ExecThread platform
- Assist in the management of members, collaborating on scalable methods for tracking features, bugs and enhancement requests
- Build systems and processes to reduce ticket resolution time, improve quality of interactions, and ensure that KPIs are met
- Build out and train our current customer service team
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Passion for understanding and resolving issues
- Possess a highly analytical mindset with the ability to pay great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize many different requests and handle changing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with heavy attention to detail
