Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to work at an agile startup that’s leveraging advanced technology to power a unique service and create a highly monetizable and impactful business. You’ll be working closely with our talented engineering & product team to ensure a premium service for our highly engaged members.
Responsibilities
- Develop a cohesive brand system that extends across all touchpoints
- Update the style guide and pattern library
- Assist our Lead Interactive Designer as we create and update our design initiatives here at ExecThread
- Conceptualize the product from start to finish. Including whatever steps are necessary to effectively communicate the best experience for our members. This will include discovery research, storyboarding, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps and clickable prototypes.
- Test and validate design concepts throughout the process
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience
- Experience creating design artifacts like personas, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity comps and clickable prototypes
- Experience designing both for responsive web & native applications
- Experience or proven interest in conducting user interviews
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant design tools for wireframing, comping and prototyping
