The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading and developing finance and accounting functions.

Known Requirements:
- 20+ years of progressive financial management experience required
- 3+ years of recent chief financial officer or Head of Finance experience required
- Experience with a multi site business model & inventory challenges ties to large numbers of SKUs & a high transaction velocity required
- Prior knowledge of financial systems & infrastructure, including the development of financial reporting & internal controls in an organic & acquisitive growth environment required
- Experience of playing a leadership role in the integration of acquired companies required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required
