Known Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field with prior experience in a manufacturing position and familiarity with polymers, or periphery industries required
- Extensive experience gained reviewing the organization's performance against set objectives required
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams required
- Superior communication skills with the presenting competency and confidence to present to senior members of the board required
