Head of M&A

The Company is seeking a Head of M&A with a strong background in financial services, particularly within the wealth and asset management sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for all M&A activities, with a focus on delivering increased revenue, margin, and profits and ensuring quick payback on acquisitions. This role requires the ability to work closely with executives to formulate inorganic growth strategies and to engage in significant outreach to owner-managed businesses across EMEA. The Head of M&A will be at the forefront of the deal lifecycle, from origination to execution, and must have a proven track record in enhancing significant inorganic growth. Candidates for the Head of M&A position must have a robust professional network within the financial services industry and a history of successful M&A transactions, either from a corporate development, investment banking, or advisory background. The role involves managing C-suite internal stakeholders, external advisor relationships, and a corporate development team. Strong strategic and commercial acumen is essential for building and maintaining a pipeline of acquisition opportunities that align with the company's business plans. The Head of M&A will also be responsible for prioritizing target acquisitions, demonstrating future value creation, and ensuring a smooth integration process post-acquisition. The ability to communicate effectively and to model and analyze deals with precision is a key requirement for this leadership role.
