Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and inspire its public charter school network. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic vision, academic excellence, management and administration, and financial stability of the organization. This includes working closely with the Board of Directors, overseeing the senior leadership team, and ensuring the successful implementation of policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Key priorities for the CEO include developing a comprehensive student academic plan, assessing and enhancing the operational infrastructure, increasing student enrollment, and establishing an organizational structure for the future. The successful CEO will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization. They must be adept at leading change, motivating staff, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (a master's or doctorate is preferred) and 10-15 years' of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within a similar educational setting. Teaching experience and a background in a relevant field are also important. The CEO will be expected to be an innovator, a relationship builder, and a decisive, results-oriented professional with a focus on academic and institutional success.
