Vice President, Growth Marketing

The Company is seeking a VP, Growth Marketing to lead the demand generation strategy for its AI-powered hybrid observability platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and the growth of existing accounts through integrated marketing campaigns that encompass content, digital marketing, SEO, account-based marketing, email, social media, and the company website. This role requires a proven track record in leading high-impact marketing teams, with a focus on B2B software and technology companies, and a deep expertise in digital marketing and lead generation for SaaS. The VP, Growth Marketing will also be tasked with owning the marketing pipeline targets, developing and executing the website strategy, and fostering a culture of continuous testing and optimization to enhance channel performance and ROI. Applicants for the VP, Growth Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 15 years of marketing experience. The role demands a leader with a strong background in demand generation, digital, ABM, social media, and web marketing, particularly in high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to attract, develop, and lead high-performing global teams, as well as the skills to influence and collaborate across the organization, including with executive leadership. Strategic thinking, a data-driven approach, and hands-on leadership in marketing technology and operations are essential.
